All your data stays on your computer. Caseloop operates with a local-first architecture where all client information, case files, and sensitive data are processed and stored exclusively on your local machine through Caseloop Desktop. We do not have access to your data.

• Email Attachments: Metadata when you choose to save attachments

• Current Tab URL: To determine if you're on Outlook for enabling features

All information is used solely to provide case management functionality:

• Caseloop Desktop: All case data stored on your computer
